One of the Top Reporting Clinics for DataBiologics

Michigan Center for Regenerative Medicine is One of the Top Reporting Clinics in the US for DataBiologics Registry for 2022

At the Michigan Center for Regenerative Medicine, at the end of each year, we reflect on the successes and challenges of the previous year. 2022 was a banner year for our regenerative medicine clinic here in Rochester, MI, and one of the critical indicators of that success can be seen through our partnership with DataBiologics.

What is DataBiologics?

DataBiologics offers a revolutionary way to track and manage patient-reported outcomes from regenerative medicine procedures. This automated system allows doctors to collect real-world data for better patient care through robust outcome tracking.

Why Do We Collect Outcomes from Our Patients at MCRM?

At the Michigan Center for Regenerative Medicine, we want to differentiate ourselves from other clinics, and one way we can do this is by being completely transparent with our outcomes. We do not offer any marketing hype, and we’re not afraid to compare ourselves to other regenerative medicine clinics; in fact, we welcome this level of comparison. We feel strongly that regenerative medicine can benefit from as much public data around outcomes as possible. We’re so convinced in the power of this data that we were one of the top reporting clinics in the country in 2022 which shows that we’re committed to publishing as much data surrounding procedure outcomes as possible.

How Does the DataBiologics Registry Work?

Through our partnership with DataBiologics, we can provide a robust plan that helps track our patient’s health both before and after a regenerative medicine procedure. The process is all automated and starts before a procedure where the system will send out several surveys to determine baseline pain and function levels. Once the procedure has been completed, additional automatic surveys will be sent multiple times over the following year. All of these surveys are completely automated, entirely voluntary, and independent. All the data is anonymized and sent directly to the DataBiologics registry, which our Board-Certified physicians and other doctors in other areas of the country can analyze.

Our participation in this robust registry is only possible with the significant involvement of our patients. They’re the ones who have been diligent about reporting their outcomes, which helps us be better doctors and improves the outcomes of other patients and medical professionals around the country. We’re proud to say that based on the data from our patients at the end of 2022, we currently show an 84% functional improvement six months after a procedure has been completed. We’re incredibly proud of these numbers!

DataBiologics Registry is a Powerful Education Tool for Our Patients

As this registry adds more outcome-based data, it becomes a powerful education engine that we can use with our patients. It allows us to intensely analyze our patient data. Still, it also allows us to compare our data to other top clinics, such as the Mayo Clinic and others, to stay ahead and ensure we’re offering our patients the best possible treatment options.
