“As a gym owner and fitness professional with an injury to my lower back, I spent a lot of time searching for someone that I trusted. I had been to several doctors, done physical therapy, and done some alternative therapy methods.I used to have extreme nerve pain in my SI joint, that shot through me making me break out in a sweat.
