Kailee Sardelli, BSN, RN is the Co-Founder of Lumora Functional Health, where she brings together nearly a decade of experience in functional medicine, clinical leadership, and healthcare operations.

Since entering the functional medicine space in 2018, Kailee has developed a deep understanding of personalized, preventative care and the patient experience. Prior to founding Lumora, she served as Chief Nursing Officer for a growing telehealth company for three years, helping build and scale the organization while overseeing clinical operations, care teams, and the systems needed to deliver high-quality care in a virtual setting.

Her vision for Lumora was shaped by both her professional background and her own experience as a mother of three young boys. She wanted to create a more thoughtful approach to healthcare—one where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to understand the root causes behind how they feel.

Today, Kailee helps lead Lumora’s vision, patient experience, and clinical operations, with a focus on functional medicine, hormone optimization, preventative health, and longevity. Her approach blends clinical expertise with a highly personalized standard of care designed to help patients feel their best and take a more proactive role in their long-term health.
