Haley Sardelli, BSN, RN

Haley Sardelli, BSN, RN is the Co-Founder of Lumora Functional Health, a functional and longevity medicine practice focused on helping patients take a proactive, personalized approach to their health.

Following her graduation from the University of Michigan, Haley brings a diverse clinical background to Lumora, having gained experience in pediatric oncology, hematology, and stem cell transplant, as well as women’s health, postpartum care, and emergency medicine. Her years at the bedside gave her a deep appreciation for traditional medicine while also shaping her desire to better understand what can be done earlier—before symptoms progress into chronic illness or disease.

Her passion for functional medicine became deeply personal after the stillborn loss of her son. It was only through a functional medicine approach that Haley later discovered an underlying autoimmune blood-clotting disorder that had gone previously undetected. That experience fundamentally changed the way she viewed health and healthcare and became a driving force behind her commitment to helping others better understand what is happening within their own bodies.

Since then, Haley has dedicated the last several years of her career to functional medicine, seeing firsthand how a personalized, root-cause approach can transform the way people feel and function. She is passionate about reducing inflammation, optimizing hormones and metabolic health, identifying underlying imbalances, and helping patients take meaningful steps toward preventing disease and maintaining long-term health.

As a wife and mom of 4 children, Haley’s own motivation is simple: to keep her body as healthy and resilient as possible so she can live fully for the people she loves. She co-founded Lumora to give others that same opportunity—to feel their best, understand their health on a deeper level, and have a care team that looks beyond symptoms to the whole person.

At Lumora, Haley combines her clinical experience, personal journey, and passion for patient advocacy to help create thoughtful, individualized care designed not simply to treat illness, but to support a longer, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
