What is DataBiologics, and why does MCRM use it?
DataBiologics is a platform for collecting patient data and helping physicians collaborate to track the effectiveness and safety of regenerative medicine procedures. Dr. Nabity and Dr. Santa Ana at the Michigan Center for Regenerative Medicine use it to track outcomes and keep results transparent for current and future patients, which can be hard to judge in this field.
At The Michigan Center for Regenerative Medicine, one of the most important aspects of the medical care we provide has to do with positive outcomes. With regenerative medicine being somewhat unregulated across the country, it can sometimes be hard to determine who are the most reputable providers in your area. At The Michigan Center for Regenerative Medicine, we not only have two board certified physicians on staff, but we also have a strong alliance with DataBiologics to ensure our results are always transparent to current and future patients.
What is DataBiologics?
DataBiologics is a platform that allows for patient data collection as well as collaboration among physicians to track the effectiveness and safety of regenerative medicine procedures. This data is helpful for both physicians and patients because it allows everyone to have complete transparency around the efficacy of regenerative medicine procedures. It also allows physicians to track positive outcomes across the country.
Michigan Center for Regenerative Medicine Proud to Work with DataBiologics
Dr. Nabity and Dr. Santa Ana are proud to work with DataBiologics. We use the DataBiologics platform for data collection and feel strongly that it’s allowing us to not only track outcomes, but also provide a higher level of care for our patients.
One of the goals of the team at Michigan Center for Regenerative Medicine is to always stay current with technology surrounding regenerative medicine. Working with DataBiologics is just one of the ways our clinic is doing our part to leverage the most forward thinking treatment options possible. Additionally, we’ve recently moved into a completely renovated, modern facility that allows us to provide our patients with advanced care. Feel free to check out our new regenerative medicine clinic in Rochester Hills, MI.
Why Is It Important to Track Patient Outcomes?
At The Michigan Center for Regenerative Medicine, we’ve always worked hard to put the outcomes of our patients at the forefront of everything we do here at our clinic. One way that we can do this more effectively is through transparently tracking our patient outcomes. The DataBiologics Registry allows us to systematically track outcomes to ensure we’re providing the highest level of patient care possible to each of our patients.
Tracking patient outcomes is completely automated through the DataBiologics Registry. The initial surveys track baseline pain and function levels, and once a regenerative medicine procedure has been completed, more detailed surveys are sent out multiple times throughout the following year. These surveys are all completely automated, voluntary, and 100% independent. Additionally, the data is all anonymized and sent securely to the DataBiologics Registry, accessible by our Board-Certified doctors and other doctors across the country.
